My research focuses on ulnar neuropathy at the elbow (UNE), the second most common compression neuropathy in the upper extremity. This research examines both diagnostic pathways and surgical treatment strategies, with a special emphasis on the role of ultrasonography. Ultrasound allows for the detection of anatomical variations and nerve dynamics that may influence not only the diagnosis but also the surgical approach. By evaluating the relationship between ultrasonographic findings and surgical management, this research aims to optimize treatment strategies and contribute to more consistent care for patients with UNE.
